Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance

We provide a range of services to help you comply with the requirements of section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.   Our services include project management assistance, technical support, risk assessment and scoping strategies, documentation and evaluation, training, quality assurance, and review.  For non-audit clients, we can also provide direct assistance in the evaluation and remediation of controls. 

Internal Audit Outsourcing

We assist our non-audit clients by working with them to strengthen their internal controls, risk monitoring and strategic risk management capabilities.  In some instances, we provide support to the client’s existing internal audit function.  At other times, the clients choose to outsource their internal audit functions to us.  In either case, the end result is a strategically focused and customized audit plan that addresses our clients’ unique risks and objectives.
