Defining Accuity

Entry-Level Application

Entry-Level Application Process
Our goal is to be accessible and make the interview process as convenient as possible for all applicants.  The application process involves two interviews:

Initial interview – may be conducted in person or (for professionals outside of Hawaii) by phone. The initial interview is typically no more than 30-45 minutes long. Your ability to communicate your qualifications effectively during this interview is very important.

Office interview – The second interview will be in our office and is longer than the initial interview. You will generally talk with several different professionals.
