Michael was with PricewaterhouseCoopers since 2000. Before joining PricewaterhouseCoopers, Michael was a partner with the Honolulu law firms McCorriston Miller Mukai MacKinnon, LLP and Goodsill Anderson Quinn & Stifel. Michael represents a broad spectrum of individuals, businesses and organizations in federal and state tax matters, with emphasis on business and real estate structuring, planning and transactions. He is rated AV in Martindale-Hubbell and is admitted to practice in the States of Hawaii and New York (Southern District of New York) and before the U.S. Tax Court, U.S. Claims Court and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
