Tom was with PricewaterhouseCoopers since 1996 specializing in state and local tax consulting. He previously served as Administrative Rules Specialist in the State of Hawaii Department of Taxation. There, he drafted rules, interpretive releases, form instructions, and legislation on several different state taxes. Prior to that, Tom practiced litigation and tax law with Cades Schutte Fleming & Wright in Honolulu.
