Todd Nacapuy

Todd Nacapuy leads Accuity’s technology transformation practice, helping clients create and navigate new digital initiatives and systems. Todd previously led large-scale modernization and technology projects in the private and public sectors, serving as CIO and Vice President at Hawaii Employers Mutual Insurance Company (HEMIC) and CIO for the State of Hawaii. Before his appointment with the state, Todd spent a decade with Microsoft as Senior Technical Account Manager.
