Our Hiring Process
1 | Apply Online.Accuity accepts applications for entry-level positions on a rolling basis. Submit your resume and cover letter through our application portal. Use your cover letter as an opportunity to let us know why you’d be a great fit for our team — we’re all ears. |
2 | Initial Interview.If your resume and cover letter are promising, we’ll follow up with you to schedule an initial, 30–45 minute interview, which may be conducted over the phone, in person or by video conference. We’ll ask you to talk about your experience and qualifications during this call. |
3 | Second Interview.Next, you’ll participate in a longer interview at our office or by video conference. You’ll meet with several members of our team, including some you’ll likely work closely with or report to if you’re hired. We’ll look to assess if your background, qualifications and career goals are a match for our company. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions of your own. |
4 | Offer.Congratulations! If you make a strong impression during your interviews, we’ll extend an offer to you. We’ll let you know about next steps and answer any further questions you may have. |
