Strengthen your resume while learning on the job.

We’re committed to building the next generation of business leaders by providing on-the-job experience. Accuity interns gain valuable skills and knowledge as they work alongside our audit, tax and consulting professionals.

As an intern, you’ll conduct research, work with clients as part of a team, and participate in firmwide events to get a sense of what it’s like to work at Accuity full time. You’ll also receive constructive feedback to enhance your career development.

Our structured internship programs offer opportunities for you to apply your educational focus and studies in a professional setting. Summer internships run for 8–10 weeks during the summer break, and part-time seasonal internships are available during the school year, with a commitment of 15–20 hours per week.

Our Selection Process

1

Apply Online.

Accuity accepts internship applications on a rolling basis. Interns are generally students who have completed their sophomore or junior year of college. Submit your resume and cover letter through our application portal.

2

Initial Interview.

If your resume and cover letter are promising, we’ll follow up with you to schedule an initial, 30–45 minute interview, which may be conducted over the phone, in person or by video conference. We’ll ask you to talk about your qualifications and interests during this call.

3

Second Interview.

Next, you’ll participate in a longer interview at our office or by video conference. You’ll meet with a few members of our team, including some you might report to or work closely with if you’re selected for an internship. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions of your own.

4

Offer.

Congratulations! If you make a strong impression during your interviews, we’ll extend an offer to you. We’ll let you know about next steps and answer any further questions you may have.
